I do not have sleep apnea!! Woo Hoo!
I do have 'frequent leg movements' that wake me up during the night.
For now, I am taking Mirapex. Hopefully it works!
My REM sleep was significantly interrupted by my legs...

This is our centerpiece for the wedding. I love th;em! They are 18" X 18".
We have a Christmas theme. Our colors are red, black, ivory, and gold. This centerpiece really ties in the black to everything.
It has 9 votive holders.
These are practical for us, because we can let family and friends take them home with them, leaving us with nothing to store!!!!
I love them!

Physical 2008
I am happy to report that I had a physical on the 10th, and everything looks good! Well, so far. I had a sleep study last night. We'll see how that turns out. But, I got the results of my blood work back and I have perfect good and bad cholesterol. All of my numbers for my liver and thyroid came back great. I guess taking all those herbs are helping! I'm so excited to report this! Finally, something healthy comes my way.
Wedding favors

I am so excited! I finally took the plunge and orderd the wedding favors. I know, I stilll have just under 13 months. BUT... I lost the centerpieces I really, really wanted (update, I got the centerpieces I did want... the Mishawaka store managers grabbed them from other stores for me instead of us purchasing them off the internet). I didn't want to lose the favors, as well. I love them, and they weren't that expensive.
They're so cute, and so perfect. I bought one a few weekends ago when Chris and I were in Indy. I can't wait to use them!!!!
Another thing checked off my list!

Deserving
There are so many things going on right now. The death of my aunt and the feelings that are resurfacing for my grandma, my best friend's career, and a cousin's almost life-altering moment.
Seriously. You've got to wonder sometimes how much one person, or family has to endure before things go their way.
I care a lot for my family and friends. When they're hurting, I hurt. I probably hurt too much. I guess I'm overly compassionate. Which, could be a good thing or a bad thing.
I just wish I could reach out to them more and help them. I feel helpless. What do I say? What do I do? I want to kick someone's ass for them so bad, and give them a huge verbal beatdown. But, I know that won't help anything.
All I can do is be that shoulder that someone might need.

Fatigue...
I've been extremely tired lately. It's not just a certain part of the day. It's all day.
I've been seeing my dad's holistic lady, R, the last two months. I saw her Monday night and she told me my thyroid is 'under active'.
R told me that I needed to talk two different forms of herbs to help my thyroid.
From what I read on-line, it can take a while to actually get any type of thyroidism. But, I have a lot of the symptoms listed on multiple sites.
So, I guess I'm starting my journey to have a normal functioning thyroid... Wish me luck! My mother had cancer on/in her thyroid, and had two surgeries for it. They just removed it during her second surgery.

Stupid Maneuver (#1)
from Merriam-Webster:
Maneuver
verb
Inflected Form(s):
ma·neu·vered; ma·neu·ver·ing \-ˈnü-və-riŋ, -ˈnyü-; -ˈn(y)üv-riŋ\
to make a series of changes in direction and position for a specific purpose.
This is what a 'mother' did to us last night, twice. Then, she sent her husband to attempt to bitch out BF.
Seriously?
We were at the St. Joseph County fair. It was family dollar day. We didn't expect much. But, we were standing in line with BF's kids so they could ride some rides. We were in the 'kiddie ride' area. The kids wanted to ride the 'bumble bees'. So, we approached the line, found the end of it, and waited. We were behind this nice lady, who was there with three kids. We all warmed up to each other while standing in line. After two rounds of watching kids get on and and off of the bumble bees, the lady in front of us was getting ready to let her kids thru the gate to get on next. All of the sudden, this Mexican lady runs up, pushes her daughter, who's maybe three years old, in front of the lady's kids in front of us to the head of the line to be next. Luckily, the ride was full and we all had to wait, again. In the meantime, the Mexican lady comes back up to her daughter, and takes her to the side. Then, four other mexican kids run up to them. They start budging in line between us and the nice lady in front of us. BF and I just looked at each other like 'WTF'? I asked the nice lady in front of us if Mexican lady was with her, and she said no, and she told them they were not budging in front of her. Well, the ride was over, the kids were off, and the gate opened so the nice lady's kids could enter a 'bumble bee'. All the sudden, Mexican lady is screaming in Spanish, pushing all five of these kids thru about knocking down BF's kids. Seriously???? How rude is that?! We told Mexican lady that she couldn't budge and she had to get to the end of the line. Oh wait, she only speaks Spanish (apparently). We got over it, and just enjoyed watching the kids on the ride (I did give Mexican lady a few dirty looks, and I enjoyed it).
After the bumble bee ride, the kids wanted to do this mini-roller coaster. We went over to that and waited in line. This was a short line. The kids got to the gate to enter, which was up on steps, and wouldn't you know it... Mexican lady comes thru again! She pushe dme aside, and pushed her daughter up the steps in front of BF's kids. Then, Mexican lady walked away. I looked at her daughter and shook my head no, then told the daughter that she had to wait in line like everyone else, and that BF's kids were going next. Luckily, the man running the ride said he needed two riders, and took Ryan and Rachel.
After the kids got off the mini-coaster, they decided they wanted to go on this boat ride that just goes in circles. We waited in this line, and were next to get on. We had to wait until the ride stopped before they could get on. While we were waiting, Mexican lady's husband approaches BF, taps him on the shoulder and asks BF if he has a problem with his wifecrosses his arms, and gives BF attitude. Seriously? Can I get a what what?!! Are you kidding me? BF just looked at Mexican lady's husband, and said 'She kept budging in line, in front of my kids, and I told her they needed to wait in line like everyone else'. Mexican lady's husband just dropped his head, and said he was sorry, and walked away. Before all of this, I heard her behind us just flairing a Spanish speaking fiesta towards her husband. I wondered what was going on... Gheesh. I feel like I need to brush up on my spanish.
Needless to say, they didn't budge in front of us again. I was about go to off on the Mexican lady. But, I didn't want to do it in front of BF's kids. I still can't believe they made a scene like that in front of BF's kids, and all of the other families who WAITED in line. I'm just glad I didn't give her the verbal beat down I wanted to, and that the husband just walked away!
Seriously?!! Who does that?

Sufficient/Insufficient...
Day in, and day out, I wonder why it's so hard for me to motivate myself to actively pursue a new job. I have an extremely hard time getting up in the morning, knowing what I'm going to encounter every day at work. I like the product I work with. But, it's so hard to work with it anymore. There is a significant lack of training where I am. People turn in drawings for me to check, and I get so annoyed because it's obvious that they haven't been told significant information about the job they just turned in. One guy I work with told me that when he's being 'trained', the 'trainer' is constantly using words like 'I think it's like this', this 'seems' right, etc... How is that sufficient?
My current work place is completely insufficient. The only sufficient process we have there, is the communication I have with the shop and the drafters, or, so I feel.
I'm so frustrated with the whole situation, but I can't get motivated to get myself out of it. It's like I'm waiting for something to just drop in my lap.
I feel like I'm completely insufficient in my job right now, and I want to be sufficient. I feel like I'm being dumbed-down.
How do I get motivated? I've tried everything, or, so, I thought everything...
